Easy definition of good stock and bad stock.

Good stock is the stock that price go up after you bought it.
Bad stock is the stock that price go down after you bought it.

Learn to use SYSTEM TRADE

My friend gave me the new idea of Stock investment called "SYSTEM TRADE". It is not just the technical analysis method , but it include money management and also mind management - yeh he called it as 3M. (Method,Money and Mind)

The key idea of this stock trading system is "No one can know exactly that the stock price will move up or move down tomorrow". So, the system traders will do their investment by seeing the Stock market as the place to play probability game. They will invest when the probability to win is more than the probability to loss the game. Sure, fundamental analysis and/or technical analysis will be use in this part to determine what,when,and at what price to open the game. As the rule, the system trader have to set the exit point if this investment go to wrong side.

Because the money is the key to participated in the game.  If you have no money you can not participate in the game. So, the Money management will play in this part. Since the investment is based on probability of win and loss. We have to maximize the win profit by let the profit run and limit the loss by cut loss when necessary. Like the technical analysis part, there are many method of money management you can use.. choose what you like.

The last part is Mind management, Keep doing what the Method and Money tell you to do. No emotion here. Think like you are the order placing machine, buy and sell on signal received.
